We address every concern individually to the best of our ability. You are eligible to obtain a full refund or exchange on the items  you are not happy with purchasing (conditions applied).

Exchange policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase for exchange and alteration.

Kindly ensure that all product returns should be addressed back in original packaging that we provided upon the delivery.  

Please make sure to exchange packaging is carefully protected, as damaged items won't be accepted.  

Our delivery team will contact you for the returns or you can leave the product at our store.

 

Kindly note that we will not accept any returns on customized design   

Return policy

All items can be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.

Amount will be refunded to your bank account within 2 weeks.

All returns should be in original packaging  and customized items wont be refunded.

Delivery Policy 

All Standard orders will be Delivered 2-3 workings days and 3-7 international days of purchase, kindly refer to delivery policy page.

 

Customised orders will be delivered within 10 - 15 days (UAE), or 15 - 20 days for international orders. Any further delay will be notified via email.

AED 50 per item for Shipping charges for orders placed within UAE, AED 100 for international  Shipping per item.
